Sunrise Ridge Fractional Ownership also provides Owner exchange programs such as Interval International to exchange their vacation time at Sunrise for other destinations.  Some have young families and use their summer every year either here on the beach in Parksville, or around the world through our exchange programs. Some have grown children and take regular vacations with them and their grandchildren and/or treat themselves to some well deserved vacation time of their own.  Some like to vacation with friends.  Some Owners have given a week or two of vacation time as a wedding or anniversary gift.  With our exchange programs, Sunrise Ridge Owners have options.

At Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort, we offer a couple of fractional ownership options that allow you to vacation how you want to vacation…

• 1/8th Share Ownership – 6 weeks per year that rotate fairly throughout the year, through the 8 owners, by way of a rotation calendar.  Each owner is registered at Land Titles as owning an 1/8th interest in a specific strata lot.  Owners are assigned and registered with a letter (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H) to identify their usage on the rotation calendar.

• 1/4 Share Ownership – 12 weeks per year.  Purchase 2 x 1/8th shares with either back to back rotation letters for 2 weeks at a time, or space them out to have a week every month.
