New Pool View Fractions Available Soon!!

By July 1, 2013 we will have a limited selection of new pool view fractions available.  OK, right now it’s a hole in the ground/pile of dirt view, but use your imagination.  Below is a view from the balcony of one of them.  This is a the only summer Quarter Share in a one bedroom available.  There are also a couple of two bedrooms, some with lock-offs and a 3 bedroom still available at our “pre-amenity” prices.  As you can see, the amenities are no longer in the planning stage.  Aside from putting this beautiful property firmly in the “resort” category, there will be a couple of other changes resulting from their completion.

* We expect occupancy to increase noticeably.  Our Front Desk will be able to tell prospective renters YES when they ask about amenities at the resort.

* Property values will increase for owners, along with the prices of our un-sold inventory.

* We expect our trading power/value to increase for those taking advantage of exchanges through Interval  International

* We expect to see more happy, smiling faces this summer

You can check the progress of the amenities on the home page of our website (www.sunriseresortparksville.ca) by clicking “Resort” then “Pool Construction” in the black bar at the top of the screen.
